I could literally open a bluetooth museum.... I am an expert... when it comes to spending money on worthless bluetooth headsets.....OK mind you, i have only been using this Naztech for 4 hours? But... I love talking on the phone again!! AMAZING.. not only for the money but for the call quality on both ends... noise cancellation is superb, period..end of story. I literally logged on Amazon last week frustrated to the point of spending any amount of money on a freaking headset that was going to just work... I'm glad i got this. I'm literally ordering a second one just to make into a shrine and worship LOL... no, but I am getting a second just in case i lose this one. Mind you I own almost every unit on the market ranging from $150 on... Don't hesitate. Do your ears and friends/clients a favor and ORDER TWO LOL....

I use this for business calls. Good device, easy to install and use. The noise cancellation for the person on the other end of the call is fantastic. Sound for the user is pretty good. Turning the volume up can tend overdrive the speaker. All in all, though, happy with this device.

I use this bluetooth while driving a semi and it works great. Sound is clear and also works to play music. Pretty decent noise cancelation. Would buy another even though its my second.

I am, unfortunately, going to have to order a different headset. I had high hopes for this one, based on its reviews, but it is problematic for me. First, what I like: the ability to wear it on your left or right ear is brilliant, and the sound quality is fine--not optimal, I think, but fine. The controls would be convenient for many people, but they are not for me, which leads me to my major frustration with this headset: it is definitely not for glasses-wearers. I should have foreseen this, honestly, but I didn't. The piece that fits behind the ear is quite large, and even though I wear super thin, flexible glasses frames, there really isn't enough room for both the headset and my glasses behind my ear. It is next to impossible to put on this headset one-handed without my glasses on--with them, there's no chance, as far as I can tell. Trying to operate the controls makes my glasses move around on my face, which is definitely unpleasant while driving. I also find the rubber piece that fits in the ear uncomfortable. I switched to the small size option, but it still seems to be a little too large, and its shape is definitely less comfortable than that of my old Bose headset. One last comment--the packaging is terrible to get into, and you have to basically destroy it to open it, which means returning it is not really an option. I'm giving it 3 stars because I think it would be a fine headset for many people, even though it's a poor one for me.

Overall this is a nice headset, BUT....The ear piece fell off after 3 weeks of use. I have not been able to find a replacement ear piece. I contacted Naztech customer support asking where or how to obtain a replacement piece. No response at all.Pros: Comfortable unit with reasonable feature set and sound qualityCons: No customer support, no replacement ear piece, ear piece falls of easily, no mute button on headsetIt is very difficult to find a really good, comfortable BT headset. I had high hopes for Naztech, but overall it is just so-so.

Business and driving

After reading all the reviews I thought WOW...the price and the reviews were good...well...I hate leaving negative reviews...but honestly this is just an ok device. It's a little on the bulky side...I am a small woman and it's to thick for my ears...I have to get it to kind of set on my ear and not actually between my ear and head. Then there is the fact that the reception is not crystal clear like other reviews stated...there is some faint static all the time. It's not enough to hate the device...but is annoying. On the good side...I can be further away from my phone than with my other Bluetooth devices.
