Yuck!
I bought this for something a bit healthier than regular cereal. I would have never purchased a straight quinoa cereal (with no added flavor) — but this was cinnamon. I love cinnamon and it usually makes anything palatable. Well, I think they forgot the cinnamon in this bag….but I’m not sure any amount of cinnamon would have made a difference anyway. This stuff is NOT for me…..unless I need some packing material, maybe. If you’re going to try it, I highly recommend starting with ONE bag. Thank goodness that’s what I did!

Hack time
To make them taste better 1. add the cereal to a bowl 2. Add 1-2 Tbs sugar replacement or Regular Sugar3. Add 1/2 tsp Cinnamon4. Mix5. Then add plant based milk or whole milk or any kind6. Add 1-2 caps of vanilla Flavoring7. Optional (add Fresh Banana Pieces)Mix and enjoy! Eliminates the strong quinoa flavorI enjoyed this cereal but.... It Boke me out badly I'll maybe try another flavorAlso Upon arriving one of my bags was inflated I proceeded to taste the cereal and it was stale-ish guess it was in the heat for a while other than that I hope my tactic Helps thumbs up if it did! :)

Not great but not awful either
If you've been on a gluten free/low-carb or keto diet than you learn not to expect too much from low-carb/keto foods! I wasn't expecting much from this cereal but it surprised me a little bit because it wasn't super awful. It's not ultra sweet (has hint of sweetness only) and tastes a bit like wheat puffs. It stays "crunchy" for a very short time but long enough for you to enjoy a crunchy bite, as long as you eat it fairly quickly. What I did that helped was, only use a little milk (don't cover the bowl if you want it fairly crunchy), so add a little milk to bowl first and add 1-2 drops of vanilla extract and a splash of cinnamon, mix and than add some of the cereal. This helped it stay crunchy a bit longer, tasted sweeter and gave it a bit more flavor. Oh and the clean ingredients are a BIG win, however. I'd still recommend, especially if you are doing gluten free/low-carb/keto diets 🥣

Oh boy
I've been eating healthy for about a decade due to health reasons. I am usually very forgiving and eat things most other people wouldn't because I do not have many options. I couldn't continue eating this cereal. It doesn't taste good. I gave some to my husband to taste and he said, "mmm, tastes like cardboard." It is extremely expensive and not good.
