A decent white board at reasonable cost as has magnetic layer too. My kids and family loved it.

Absolutely impressed! Bought a size that would be needed cut to size of project. Easily cut with box knife. Is does has adhesive back but I did lightly mist with an adhesive spray; it hasn't lifted off its base(no staples or tacking sheet down). It does come with tacking clips to keep placement. And little magnets. The sheet is magnetic, tested with various magnets. I have not removed the protective plastic to test the dry erase.If I would of bought the magnetic paint and dry erase paint needed to cover and do what this dry erase magnetic sheet does; I would of spent double the costs and triple the time.Love it! HIGHLY recommend for home projects or home/business. Note: instructions did not have translations.
