The sauces I've had like Blair's ultra death is actually much too hot for my purpose. This sauce is actually a definitely a bit milder and then Blair's ultra death and I prefer this as it's easier to spread onto things. You can put an extra drop or two in something and it'll be forgiving and not to overpowering. Again I'm a little bit of a spice head and probably the average person this would be too spicy for.
