When received ,the packaging was all wet and half the bottles were pretty much empty . Very dissapointed .

Bottle came opened and not sealed. Whole box was wet and sticky . Not really happy with the packaging … looks really dodgy

I received one of the items leaking and packaging got damaged from the leaking. I tried to make a return, it says the product can’t be returned…

Item received was not sealed or in a box or anything that indicates it’s a new and safe to use product ..I was shocked to notice that and I am not sure if it’s safe to use or not

Refreshing salicylic toner. Continue to purchase this product for over several years plus. Helps control oily skin and maintain a clearer complexion. Obagi has a great skin care treatment line. I was given the Obagi pore treatment through my dermatologist, so I know how to use each product.

This is THE best salicylic acid. It's weird to see people comment here saying "it made me break out"... um yeah, that's how it works. First, you cleanse the skin, then you wait until it air dries and apply about 1pump per half of your face. Salicylic acid goes deep into your pores and flushes them. Everything below the surface of your skin gets brought to the surface where it can be washed away. Now here is the thing, all of the "new" breakouts that you see after you start using this product were already there, lurking way below the surface. The acid has forced everything up and out, which accelerates the acne. About 1 week after using this product, your skin with begin to purge, you'll see breakouts. Depending on your skin; you may see A LOT of breakouts. But after 1-3 weeks of the breakouts (if you persevere) your skin will be completely clear. It's suggested that you use it 2-3 times a day and follow up with benzoyle peroxide after you apply. I doubt anyone's skin will be too sensitive to use the acid twice a day (perhaps 3 though), but it may be too sensitive to use the peroxide twice a day. The peroxide is to be used with the acid because while the acid flushes the pores; the peroxide kills all of the bacteria inside. The more you use the acid, the more gunk gets flushes out, the deeper it goes, the more gets flushed out. And as this happens, the peroxide will go deeper and deeper. This is why it can take a while to have that clear skin but there really isn't a better and more efficient way to get it done properly. You are eliminating the crap that clogs the pores and killing the bacteria that causes the acne. This world is far too obsessed with quick fixes. Forget that. It WILL take a few weeks before you see the results you WANT, but I assure you; the accelerated breakouts are the biggest sign that the product is working. You will not regret it IF you persevere. This is the ONLY product that has ever worked for me. Also, you don't have to buy the obagi peroxide; it is over-priced. You can get persa gel for a cheaper price at a higher percentage. Don't jump to 10% right away, work your way up.

After reading reviews, I decided to purchase this toner. However, right after I submitted the order I saw reviews of receiving inauthentic product. I became nervous and mad at myself for not ordering from Obagi's website. You don't know how relieved I was when I saw that the CLENZIderm I received was the real deal. CLENZIderm is a skin saver. My skin is super sensitive and dry. I get hormonal acne from time to time and acne just because that's what my face wants to do that day. I'd been searching for a toner and was delighted when I saw CLENZIderm. Two birds with one stone; a toner with acne relief. I received it right on time as I had 3 active areas. I used the toner the next morning. I was already familiar with "push" dispensers so it was no problem. However I do suggest turning the bottle upside-down when you push so the dribble goes onto your cotton pad and not down the bottle. The smell is off putting for sure, and lasts several minutes, but the cooling sensation is an even trade for me. The sensation makes the application of other products feel more effective. This toner picks up all the dirt and residue left by my cleanser (my skin is too sensitive to double cleanse). When I got home from work, the 3 spots on my face were gone! I have used the toner 3 mornings straight (I do not use PM). No irritation, no dryness, no negative reaction whatsoever. My skin loves to embarrass me so if there was to be a reaction, it would have happened Day 1. In all fairness, I do use Dermalogica's Stabilizing Repair Cream (a MUST for sensitive skin) and a couple different moisturizing/dehydration products, so I wouldn't know if CLENZIderm is drying. BUT I do know this product is a Winner. It compliments my skin and care routine perfectly. UPDATE 9/30/23 CLENZIderm is amazing. My skin is GORGEOUS. I had awful blackheads on both sides of my nose (close to corner of eyes). I was resigned to live with them forever because nothing I did made them go away. After two weeks, all blackheads have disappeared! Unbelievably clear, smooth, soft skin. Still no irritation or dryness with daily AM use and occasional PM use. Still in love with the cooling sensation that lasts for hours.

I love this toner and it is really difficult to get in my area. This seller is awesome; they are patient and helpful. Great product from a great seller.
