Not chloride magnesium.

Website indicated "Ingredients: Magnesium chloride" but on the item I received it s indicated"Ingredient: Magnesium chloride Hexahydrate Flakes". This is not the same ! I could not return the product.

This stuff is the bomb!

I've used epson salt for my bath soaks for years. When I injured my back last year and suffered from severe, debilitating sciatica I found this stuff & switched. It's amazing. Calms your muscles, soothes your skin & alleviates any soreness. You have to use a generous portion in your bath but it's so worth it. You will sleep like a baby - zzzzz!
