This is the first "waist trainer" I have ever owned. I knew it was going to be snug, but it was more snug than I originally thought. I probably could have gone up a size, because when I first put it on, I couldn't get the first ones latched at all. I had to lose some weight first before I could wear it. It definitely keeps the heat in and you will sweat in it if you are working out. I usually buy an XL in clothing and that is the size I got. But because it was so snug, I probably could have gone up one more size.

I only suggestion is to wear a light t shirt underneath. Very well made and comfortable to wear.

The material is great... it's for people with long torso....I have a long torso but I don't clip it to the end because I can't stand it. otherwise great product.

I love this waist trainer! It fits well! I have it set a bit in the second row of hooks, although I should’ve just loosened it to the third row. It’s not the easiest thing to put on but the time is worth it! Thank you Ann Cherry!

I've been a fan of Ann Cherry waist trainers for over 12 years. I buy them often due to weight gain and loss. I usually have to buy them after they are worn down and the bones break or tear through the ends. However, when I put this one on, it felt so great, like I literally had on a back support brace, that I didn't want to take it off. I would purchase this exact one if needed. I would recommend this one for sure.

I'm not going to lie, I was worried about if it would fit or not but I kept a positive attitude. I already had one in blue and it's a 38 which is now too big so I had to order a new one for the next part of my journey. So here comes the 34. My back is a 34 now. I weigh about 145 and I am about 5ft. I've gotten all the way down to about 135 but wanted to be a little thicker. When you first put it in position to put it on of course it does NOT meet in the middle lol. Your instant reaction will be to pack it back up and send it back. Another review came to mind about working with it so I did. Started with the first hook and after doing each hook it got easier and easier. I have it on now and I'm going to wear it for most of the day. I only plan to wear this to the gym so I'm breaking it in so it's easier to put on when I get ready for my work out. I'm sitting down and I feel fine. If it's extremely uncomfortable for you then please return it but if you can, stick it out. As days go on or even weeks you will be fine depending on how active you are. I work out 4 times a week sometimes 5. Hope this helps!!

longer side so great for me since I'm tall

I was very excited about ordering this product until it became a frustration. I am giving this 4 stars because the actual quality of the product is great, I was very impressed with how it felt in my hands and the style it has. The problem is their size chart doesn't help. I am 5'3" with a 27" waist, and I weigh about 145lbs. I am a little too big for my height and body type these days and have never weighed this much in my life, but it isn't so bad that a few lifestyle adjusts won't fix. So I though the waist trainer would give me a boost there. I ordered the medium first because based on my sizes according to the size chart, that is what I should order. Alas, I got it in two days and was so disappointed at how small it was. I was not even close to being able to fasten it. So I returned it and ordered a large. Got that today and was slightly disappointed that I could BARELY fasten this one. I did manage to, but my boos and back fat was bulging from the top. I am going to try to lose at least 5-10lbs before I start wearing it regularly. So according to the size chart, I am a medium, yet even the large is too small. Frustrating, to say the least. However, I am confident that after losing a few lbs, I will be more comfortable in it and will then be very happy with it. Again, the quality is amazing, so just make sure you go up a size or two!

Qualité convenable, mais moins bonne qu’il n’y a quelques années. La couleur commence à s’en aller au premier lavage (à la main). Le plastique qui recouvre les lignes de crochets c’est décollé au bout de la troisième semaine. J’en ai un autre plus vieux il est toujours impeccable à ce niveau. C’est dommage Ann Cherry c’était un en valeur sûre. La livraison un peu chaotique mais bon il a fini par arriver !

No lo valoro con 5 estrellas porque en mi opinión la talla no es correcta. Me está grande. Tendría que haber cogido una más pequeña. De todas maneras es una faja de calidad.
