Love these pans Sturdy, great size for us, non-stick, and easy to clean

I love Anolon Pans. These were replacements for ones I had for 8 years. They clean great and cook everything perfectly!

So much better than I expected! I finally found a durable non stick pan. Love them, wish I had bought the whole set.

Very disappointed. This pan is advertised as “hard anodized,” but the black cooking surface is clearly a coating that peels off like a film. True hard anodized aluminum is part of the metal surface itself and should not peel in sheets like this. After normal use, the interior coating started lifting and could literally be pulled off by hand. That means this is more like a coated nonstick pan than genuine hard anodized cookware. Once the coating starts separating, it becomes unsafe and unusable. Misleading marketing and poor durability. I would not buy this again.

The handles are very heavy. That causes two problems: First, it makes the pan heavier. Second, if your stove is not absolutely level, and the handle is pointing towards the downslope, the weight of the handle may cause the pan to tip slightly on the burner (when it is empty). It's a small problem, but it can be irritating. But I do love the SHAPE of the pans -- the sides are the perfect slope. One thing I have noticed is that utensils DO leave marks in the pan, but the marks do not go down to the metal. This is true for both plastic and metal utensils. I have been VERY careful with these pans, and yet still the number of marks continues to grow. However, they don't seem to affect the performance of the pans. It just seems to me that if utensils leave marks in the non-stick coating, that indicates that the coating may not be as durable as they say. Perhaps I have seen too many commercials in which the advertiser abuses their pans in outrageous ways, but I expected the surface to be hard enough that using a fork to carefully turn the shrimp over would not leave any visible marks. Even my melamine fork leaves marks. Overall, however, I'm happy with the pans and use them frequently.

After using the 2 quart pot from this company/product for a couple years, and the surface remains non-stick and undamaged, I thought I would replace my aging (and no longer fully non-stick) ceramic pans. All non-stick pans age, no matter how careful on is with regard to stacking, cleaning, and utensils. They are not a lifelong investment (like cast-iron or steel). Nevertheless, one would like to benefit for a few years at least. My original pot is about 3 years old now, and performs exactly as if it was new with regular use. My two pans are now about a year old, and (although slightly scratched on the surface by use of a sharp object by an adult child who should have known better) STILL retains all their non-stick and easy cleaning properties. I should mention that the bottom (stove) surface discolored somewhat on one portion (possibly due to the same unmentionable child), but it does NOT affect it looks or function. High praise for these pans.

I've been using these pans for 2 years now. I cook with one of them every day. They are the best pans I've owned. Highly recommended. Don't put them in the dishwasher though because this is bad for nonstick pans.

Initially, the nonstick cooking was great very versatile without sticking at all. Unfortunately, after five months of use the nonstick layer started to peel away and had to discard these fry pans . Not worth the price for five or six months of use. Will not buy again.

After reading the reviews I was confident I would get a few years or more out of these. Nope. 6 months after purchase and there is a sizeable patch on the large pan where the non-stick coating has come away. It’s peeling which has rendered the pan unusable. We have been very careful to no overheat and to only use wooden utensils. I have now given up entirely on non-stick and will only be purchasing carbon steel frying pans, stainless steel pots. They are a little more complex to use and maintain but I will get decades rather than months out of them.

Brought this to replace the same model that I have had for twenty years which was made in the USA , this new one arrived from the States, and quite frankly I am disappointed with the quality. It's half the weight , and thickness , and the overall build and finish is poor compared to the old one , and its no longer made in the USA , it's made in Thailand !
