Honda 14441-Z0J-000 Arm Ex. Vlv Rocker

General comments to other reviewers. Just to clarify. I worked extensively with these motors. The Honda original part will not come with the adjustment screw or jam nut. photos are never definitive to the item. The vendor is NOT at fault. Unless you work with these motors every day like I do you should first check any the parts manuals online. All that is needed is the correct engine serial number and model number of the motor. The cam sprocket should be inspected carefully as it is made of plastic. The old screw and jam nut can be reused as long as they are not damaged. I never saw one of these brakes after first use unless it was installed incorrectly. The rockers must be installed correctly and the Cam sprocket in the correct position in order to adjust the screw and jam nut to the proper specs listed in the user's manual. Just saying.

Had a Craftsman mower w/Honda GCV160 engine which was giving me trouble. Mower was running poorly for a while then eventually wouldn't start and was kicking exhaust back out through the carb and out the air filter.Took off the OHV cover and saw the valves weren't stuck but if I looked very closely at the exhaust valve rocker arm I could see a hairline fracture across the top and realized the adjustment nut on top was completely missing.Ordered this new exhaust valve rocker arm (includes the adjustment nut that had gone missing from mine), popped it in and adjusted the valve clearance (0.15mm for intake, 0.20mm for exhaust) then sealed everything back up and the mower is running like new.

Perfect OEM part. Easy to fit and 0.02 mm gap on newMine like others split and there are a few youtube clips that show you how to replace it.If starter pulls back on you, check this first before removing flywheel.Engine started on first pull after reassemble

Seems like a perfect replacement for the exhaust rocker arm, though it will be next spring before I put it to a test.

Popped it in to replace the cracked one and the pressure washer came alive on first pull after being down for a year or 2 perfect fit

This part got my pressure washer engine running like new again.

Fixed my hard pull problem. Exhaust rocker arm develops a small crack and doesn't allow compression release at start. Easy fix. Set gap on intake valve while you are in there.

Fit perfectly and fixed my pressure washer

Received in decent time ad part installed easily and works like new
