Excellent Compression Hose
I have a love-hate relationship with compression hose but in the final analysis, I need them so I put up with the heat in summer and just carry on. 😉 I like the Activa brand, they don't scream 'old lady hose' and yet give good support. I've had great luck with how long they last and FWIW, I don't baby them. They're washed in the machine with a regular light load and air dried. This order said they wouldn't be delivered until December 29th-January 4th. Not a huge concern as I was ordering a pair for when one of my old pairs is too worn out. Imagine my surprise and delight when they arrived today ..... in the normal 2 day Prime shipping AND during the Christmas rush. A pleasant surprise indeed!

Disappointed with this purchase overall
My doctor suggested that I get some good diabetic socks for when I do my walking to help avoid blistering. I decided to spring for a pair of these to try them and assumed they would be something special based on the price for one pair (I paid $13.58). In short, I don't feel there is anything particularly great about these socks that could possibly justify the price. I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9 in shoes, so I got the medium size based on the picture of the box which says it fits women's sizes 9 - 11, because I didn't want to take the chance that the small for shoe sizes 5 - 8 would be too small. The medium was definitely too big for my feet, which was a disappointment in itself, and they stretched out a bit when I walked in them as well. These feel like good quality socks, but again, there is no way I would pay this much for them again. Maybe $6 or $7 dollars at most.

Best Compression Socks on the market
My doctor prescribed this brand about 10 years ago for my Varicose Veins and leg swelling. They work and I have worn them since. Amazon offers them at a better price than my pharmacy. Just make sure you measure your legs to get the correct size. They defiantly make a difference in my legs.

A MUST! YOU WILL LOVE THEM
After trying several different brands I had nearly given up on finding a comfortable pair of compression socks. I am so glad I tried these- I love them! They are very comfortable and my legs feel great when wearing them. They have a wide comfortable top that does not cut in or bind. After trying one pair I immediately ordered 3 more pair.I wasted nearly 150.00 on other brands that were so uncomfortable I could not wear them more than an hour- two if I forced myself. With these I feel only half dressed without them and my legs suffer without them- don't waste your money, buy these!

Glad That is the size I ordered because another size ...
Would not call these a XXX Large. Glad That is the size I ordered because another size smaller would not have worked. My legs are short and they are a bit long but they definitely help with circulation and have 3 pairs now.

Too small - no way these are 3x
I have had swelling in my feet and ankles for several years, but it got worse after I had surgery and my compression socks were too tight and cutting into my ankles. Tried theses so called "XXX" based on measuring my ankle at the largest circumference. When I took them out of the package, they didn't even look like they would fit a teenager. Only tried one on. Hard to get on and cut into my ankle and rolled down on my leg - would only cause my circulation to be even worse than it is now.

Very comfortable stockings
These are the most comfortable compression stockings I have found. I put them on first thing in the morning and wear them at least 12 hours a day. The Mediven Butler, available from Amazon, is what I use to put them on.
