Worked 'out of the box', literally just plug and play. The shortest cord length is too small for much except desktop/laptop connection, but the delivery and stability of the device are good. Still too early to comment on long-time durability, but a good start.

I like how it supported my external hdd, my mouse and keyboard and my phone without the need for external power supply. The only down side was it is fully made of kinda cheap plastic. Other than that I recommend it.

Product just meets expectations no lag and no disconnections, some disconnections may occur when using hard disk but connect it to micro usb and you're good

The UGREEN USB Hub 4 Port USB 3.0 is a lifesaver for expanding my laptop's connectivity. Its slim, aluminum design is sleek, and it works seamlessly with my MacBook Pro. Now, I can connect all my devices hassle-free. A must-have accessory for modern tech users.

I like ugreen and have never had issues with their products. Especially their cables. However I have had a few minor issues with drop outs, weird controller glitches and power management issues with this particular hub, over many months, on both a MacBook Pro 2018, and now an HP Omen Gaming Laptop 2019 (even while using a [not supplied] 5V 1A Micro-USB Power delivery [into the hub]). It works OK for low power/light usage, but if you want better stable IO and better power management (ie, waking PC from connected USB child devices), and want to connect more complex devices requiring firmware updates (gaming equipment etc) you would be better off looking elsewhere. I suppose really, this fits it's design, it's light and portable, for light use, if you are at a desk more often, think of something bigger/mains powered/higher performance. Anker and TP-Link make some good mains powered USB hubs, but they are less portable than this, so it's a trade off. Good luck! (try reviews, or your nearest computer street, stick to good brands at sensible prices, if you want stability). PS. I have not got time to debug this properly or re-create it, the problems have occurred occasionally, but noticably, and importantly this is in comparison to my EXPERIENCE with 3+ other hubs, which never had these problems. I will still buy ugreen products because I think they are a good manufacturer, no one is perfect.

Im using it with my Dell 5420 which comes with only 2 USB ports. UGreen can attach many big hard drives and it charges my phones so fast. What more are you looking for

Use it for my laptop, it adds loads of ports and I have no issues with bandwidth. Ive had one for two years and it never failed me I've attached two to eachother so I now have so many ports idk what to do with them, even on the second one there are no bandwidth or connectivity problems as I can use a HOTAS perfectly fine on it.

Funcionan muy bien y no tengo problemas de conexión con mis USB y discos duros.

Bought it to my old Xbox 360.. Feels like good quality.
