The cleaning pellets came in a nice box. The 24 sealed cleaning pellets will last one year if used 2/month, as recommended. They very effectively eliminated an odor coming from our high efficiency LG top-loading washing machine. They will work as designed in either top loading or front loading washing machines. Directions are clear and easy to understand - just drop the pellet into the empty tub and run the washer on hot water only, or, if your machine has it, use the Tub Clean cycle.Our top loading LG washer had developed a bad odor. We were not aware that the tub needs to be cleaned occasionally to prevent odor buildup. This product did an absolutely perfect job of cleaning and deodorizing the tub. Directions recommend cleaning it twice monthly and to leave the lid open after each wash to allow any residual water to evaporate.I rate this product 5 stars for performance, having clear instructions and a year's supply at a very reasonable cost.

They seem to work. I usually use two at time since I tend to wait too long between cleanings. I have no idea if using two is more effective than using one. This is the only product I have used since owning a HE washer.

I had cleaned my washing machine before but just with regular cleaner never with something this powerful . My washing machine needed a deepCleaning I could see some grime building up and it was starting to get gross and I used one of these tablets on the self cleaning mode and this did the trick . My washer was super clean and it removed all the build up gunk . My washing machine smells fresh and it was clean. But these if you want your washing machine clean .

The first time I used it, I could see all the dirt and debris it loosened up during the cleaning cycle. This product works very well. After 3 consecutive uses, nothing left was left. I have to admit I was skeptical as I have tried several different washer machine cleaners. I have top load GE washer. This product came with minimal packaging, I simply put one of the tabs in the washer, and did a regular load on hot. I checked in periodically and noticed bubbles and brown goo galore. I didn’t realize how dirty my washer was! After the cycle there was no little blobs or crumbs to wipe out. The washer smelled good and appeared clean. I did a load of towels after in case any bleach residue remained. My towels came out perfect and smelling good. In all this is a good and effective cleaner. I have been using it once a month for the last 2 months.
