How do you adjust the length?

One end of the clasp can be flipped up which releases pressure and allows that end to be moved forward or backwards whatever's needed for your wrist size. Then you flip it back down and it locks in your adjustment. These bands are high quality and look great, I have five of them.

Will this fit the 2.5mm fat spring bars on Seiko watches?

Hello, we do not sell spring bars. I suggest you change to the same type of strap. If you buy a watchband, there are 4 spring bars in the watchband. Thank you

Will this bracelet fit my Luminox F-22 9247?

I don’t know if it will fit the Luminox. But the bracelet is a true 24mm.
