For reference i have an Intel I7-10750h (laptop edition) and the temps were fluctuating between 80 C and 96C while gaming on moderate to intensive games, which is insane. After removing the old paste and applying this new paste the temps went all the way down to 40 C and a max of 80C on very intensive games (same goes for the GPU). Size wise it is very small i was shocked at how small the thing is but the performance is what matters. Application was easy enough, just make sure to press slowly not strong and watch out cause its a little sticky and might go all over your motherboard be slow and careful.
