This product was recommended by my cardiologist. I’ve been taking it as directed. I can’t really tell if it’s helping or not. It may be helping. I have multiple health concerns and it’s difficult for me to know. I can’t say whether it’s good value because I don’t know what other tenders charge for this medication. I find it costly because my pharmaceuticals overall are very costly that’s a larger issue. Perhaps if I purchased it out of pharmacy, it would be triple the cost. I don’t really know. I have noticed that Amazon prime has added another branch to it it’s business to include pharmaceuticals and would really love to know how Amazon‘s prices compare with pharmaceutical retailers like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc. it would also be helpful to know other Amazons pharmaceutical branch except south insurance and Medicare. For me, it’s all about the dollars. Medicines off the charts in terms of their expense. Excellent product. The only type that works. Keeps my pressure down, but my metabolic health is so poor, that I need 2 a day. Make sure to use a tongue scraper if you consistently have white film on the tongue because it disrupts your ability to produce nitric oxide. Do some research on this product and the doctor that patented it.

I am one of the many aging people whose normal endogenous production of nitric oxide (NO) has shut down. I am experiencing the usual symptoms from lack of NO. I have been trying Neo40, 2/day divided doses as advised. I go by test results twice a day with NO test strips (HumanN is my favorite). Neo40 does provide a bump in NO level but not very much. Typically I go from Depleted to Low but definitely not Optimal. The Neo40 effect also seems to disappear fairly rapidly (less than 12 hours). I get dramatic results (Optimal) from canned spinach or beet vegetables so my system is capable (saliva bacteria are doing their job etc.). Veggie effects can extend to 24 hours. Veggies are difficult to do consistently once or twice a day (and, oxalates) hence the need for a product like Neo40. I am aware of positive literature for Neo40 and a leading NO scientist favorable comments in the book Integrative Cardiovascular Medicine. I don't know how to reconcile this information with the 'meh' effect I am seeing. I think sellers should provide a summary of the Neo40 effect and timeline they should be seeing to help consumers know what to expect and whether Neo40 is succeeding or failing for them. This is missing information. I think all consumers should test their personal response with NO test strips (and watch out for other sources of dietary nitrate that can confuse results). Otherwise consumer response to Neo40 is just a subjective guess. Thank you.
