Good quality compact converter.
Product worked well for my application. I needed both an SDI output and an HDMI output with an HDMI input. This saved having to get a second splitter or an SDI to HDMI converter. Device came with the latest software so no updates were necessary.

I use these for corporate AV events and probably have a half dozen of them. I have never had one failure in hundreds of shows. Some industry people hate these BlackMagic adapters and claim it's prone to failing, but I have had great results.
