I’m reviewing the black chair. Easy to assemble. Casters are cheap, but I bought roller blade style casters to replace them and they work great. Because I need lumbar support I bought the seat cushion/lumbar cushion combination on Amazon. Piston does allow for adjustments in height, but I keep it at the bottom. It appears stable, and level. If this chair lasts for five years, it was well worth the price.

Good chair decent price

I bought this chair due to it's size (and color) but it's really not the best. I have a small bedroom and I also have a gaming setup so I bought this chair only due to it's size. Building it took me longer than it should have because it was very hard to line up with the holes and screws. The quality is decently okay but I do have to say that this chair is not meant for sitting a long amount of time. After 30 minutes or so, my bottom HURTS and it even hurts getting up from the chair. I have to use one of those pillow seats and even that doesn't help very much. I know this because I used to have another chair that I could last hours on and not feel anything afterwards but it was an old office chair that didn't fit well in my room.Overall, it's a cheap office chair. It's small so it can fit most places. Building it took longer than it should and sitting gets very uncomfortable really fast. Be aware. I only give it 3 stars because of the size.

The absolute unsafest chair you could ever it in. Unstable both while sitting as well as getting up from. Chair is not balanced well and will easily tip and shoot out from under you while trying to get out of it. We had 8 customers fall multiple times due to these chairs. The low cost of this chair is not worth the risk.

Bought this chair and it arrived on time, put it together excitedly b/c I had been without a desk chair for a week or so since my old one had bit the dust and was happy to be back to normal. I had it about two days and one of the castors snapped somewhere on the inside so that the wheel stayed in place but you could no longer put any weight on that particular area or the wheel would not support the chair any longer and you would lean enough to fall out easily if you were not ready to catch yourself. I was well within my return period but did not want to go through the hassle of dismantling, repackaging and sending the chair back, and this was mandatory for both of my return options which were a replacement chair or a refund of my money. So, I reached out to the seller via Amazon with fingers crossed and explained the situation and provided them with some photos of the damage. They responded VERY quickly and agreed to my request to just send me a replacement castor so I could replace the broken one. As I had hoped, they did not just send one castor either but a sleeve of five just like you receive when you purchase a chair initially. They also shipped them out quickly and provided me with tracking information. So with minimal back and forth they were very helpful and efficient with correcting my issue, I appreciate their customer service very much. The chair itself is exactly what you would expect from a $40 chair, it could be more comfortable and ergonomic and this and that but it is now stable, provides decent back support and raises/lowers easily. Plus, I have four extra wheels now in case the overall quality of them proves to be an ongoing issues. I have had the chair over a month now though since I received the replacement wheels and have had no further issues whatsoever.
