These help promote a healthy and strong gut biome!
As the saying goes, happy gut = happy life. I take these fermented greens capsules each day to support my gut biome, and I couldn't be happier. They don't have a discernable taste, which I find is nice, and are easy to swallow with a good swig of water. For me, it's incredibly important to keep my stomach feeling good, and with the fermented spinach and chorella in these capsules, it allows me to do so without having to make smoothies every day. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to get serious about their gut health.

Top Notch Gut Health Product!
The dosage is 5 capsules a day which a take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach with a cold glass off water and 4 in the afternoon (lunch time). This brand has an excellent proprietary blend of fermented greens. The pre, pro and post-biotic blend is to beneficial for gut health which is the key is overall health. THis bottle is for a 30 day supply at 5 caps a day. Drawbacks and questions: Refrigeration is required after opening but not such a big deal. There is a PROP65 warning but I'm am unsure what is affected, so makers should be more open about that concern Lots of boxes checked: high quality ingredients, non GMO, Gluten free, plant sourced, microbiologically pathogen tested, made in a GMP FDA monitored facility

Trusted brand - doseage is a bit higher than normal, but no side effects
Ive always been a big fan of Premiere brand since my doctor prescribed some supplements over a decade ago, so I was 100% confident in this product and I am not disappointed. These fermented greens capsules are a convenient way to add extra nutrients and probiotics into a daily routine. The blend includes spinach, kale, chlorella, barley grass, and oat grass, all fermented and air-dried at low temperatures to preserve more of the natural benefits. The addition of prebiotics and probiotics, especially Lactobacillus reuteri, makes it more than just a greens supplement since it also supports gut health and digestion. The capsules themselves are easy to take, and while the serving size of five a day might feel like a lot at first, it’s manageable and doesn’t cause any stomach upset. They’re vegan-friendly, non-GMO, and gluten-free, which makes them accessible to a wide range of diets. In terms of benefits, they seem to help with digestion and give a general boost in feeling more balanced throughout the day. They don’t have the grassy taste of traditional greens powders since they’re in capsule form, which is a big plus for anyone who struggles with the flavor of powdered greens. Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a greens supplement that goes beyond just vitamins and minerals, with the added digestive support from fermented ingredients and probiotics.

Unique supplement, large dosage
I like that this combines greens with probiotics in one supplement. Definitely makes it easier than taking multiple products. It is a large dosage (5 pills per serving), but I haven’t had any side effects. Feels like a unique formula and I appreciate the added greens + probiotics!

Good Probiotics & Expensive
This seems an interesting way to have your green blends as fermented probiotics. I've tried a few supplements from this brand and it always delivers a good quality products with fair price tags. However, this one seems a bit expensive compared to even well known top brands with similar products like this one. I like it; it works just as good as other brands I've taken for years and it helps with digestion even with big meals I have. However, the price is still bit too steep even with the said benefits. 3 stars.

Tummy trouble helper
What I like about this is that I feel like I’m being healthy when I take it. What I don’t like is that you need to take 5 capsules daily. I usually split them up- 2 capsules in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and then 2 at night. The capsules are medium in size and they need to be refrigerated. So, the benefits outweigh the quantity to me in the end. I haven’t had any side effects yet, so I’m hoping that’s a good sign. There is no bad aftertaste or burping up/smells or anything like that either which is great.

Convenient Way to Get Greens—But Take With Food
I wanted a way to add more greens without committing to a whole smoothie every morning, and these have been an easy add. I’ve been taking them with lunch, and I feel a little more balanced digestion-wise—less bloating, less sluggishness. The capsules are a bit large, and I learned quickly that I need to take them with food—empty stomach made me a little queasy. The ingredient list looks clean and no weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. It’s a gentle way to sneak more nutrients in without major routine changes.

My Stomach’s Happier Than a Goat in a Garden
I’ve been using these fermented greens capsules for a little over a month, and they’ve quickly become a staple in my daily routine. I originally picked them up because I wanted a more convenient way to get my greens, and the fact that they’re fermented caught my attention — and now I get why that matters. Within the first week, I noticed a real improvement in my digestion — way less bloating and discomfort after meals. I’ve tried other greens supplements before, but they either tasted awful or didn’t sit well with my stomach. These capsules are easy to take, gentle, and actually seem to be doing something. The ingredients are super clean — non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free — and I appreciate that the greens are air-dried at low temperatures, which I’ve heard helps retain nutrients. It feels like a high-quality product, and I haven’t had any side effects at all. CONS: Labeling's a bit confusing — the probiotic dose isn’t clearly listed on the bottle, and the blend amount doesn’t match what’s online. Needs refrigeration but has no expiration date, which isn’t great for travel. Also includes a Prop 65 warning. Its daily serving size is 5 capsules per day. Omg! Which is extremely inconvenient to take 5 capsules daily. Just a heads-up: the bottle says to refrigerate after opening, which I almost missed. But otherwise, no complaints. If you’re looking for an easy, effective way to support digestion and get your greens in, I highly recommend giving these a try, given the steep price is not a concern for you .
