As advertised my package did come with 1 pen (with eraser inserted) + 1 case with 2 refill erasers.The eraser material is rigid which I believe helps the tip last longer (it doesn't break easily) and erase with precision applying a light touch. Its narrow tip it what makes it perfect to eraser small areas of the drawing and create tiny details. I barely noticed crumbles/residue when using it.--> Do not get it to attempt to erase colour pencils or ink, it will not work because that's simply not its purpose. <--TIP: Like with any other eraser, before using it again please clean the tip of any graphite stuck to it and the clean tip will erase fine instead of smudging or getting your sketch dirty.I tested this eraser on graphite pencils 8B, 6B, 4B and 2B and it did lift graphite off the page, of course it did not leave the spot white where I used graphite 8B and 6B, the page was tinted light gray after passage of the eraser but I'm yet to find the rubber eraser that will completely eraser those dark graphite shades and leave the page white again.

The delivery took at least a month. It is a little pricey. But it's worth it. The crisp white lines I can do with my graphite was so good. If you wanna invest in something long-lasting then go for it. It never runs out and they have provides a refill pack with two extra refills. Love it!

Unique and erases marks quickly without exerting pressure. A good move for me to have bought it.

Very good and extra strip of eraser i is also given. When eraser point tip is tear out edges then it can be easily cut by by sharp knife to get sharp edges again. It provides excellent control for erasing as thin as hair.Highly recommended.

As an artist, I tend to draw a lot of small fine details when I work. I like to use very fine point Japanese mechanical penciles and often need a equally small eraser for mistakes and modifications. Most of my peciles do not come with easy refills which pissed me off to no end!The Tombow Mono Zero fills that void perfectly! It's tiny, easy to use and refill, and the refills are plentiful (as of the time of writing) to find just about anywhere that sells good quality are supplies!Plus the actual eraser is super tiny and very soft so you can carefully earse layers of work with destroying the page or make very small minor erases where needed. Wouldn't recommend for the colouring peciles crowd thought. More of a traditional hand artist thing.

It’s good for erasing fine areas. It would be better if the eraser was softer though, it’s a bit hard on paper vs the usual soft regular-size eraser.
