Does this product burns on your eyelid when applied?

Nope! It doesn’t cause any sensation/feeling on the eyelid. If you accidentally get it IN your eye it will cause some irritation and you’d want to rinse it out, but if used properly it just feels like a bit of liquid on the eyelid with similar consistency to water.
