I’m doing at home preschool with my son, and these are an excellent reinforcement of the things we are learning and a great way to practice letters and letter sounds.

This is great for teaching the alphabets sounds at home

I purchased this for a 3yo birthday gift. You can’t go wrong with gifts like this that balance play and learning. The parent was particularly grateful for a gift that wouldn’t just end up in the bottom of a toy box, but had some other value as well. As always, this brand is well made and the packaging makes it easy to wrap as a gift and store as well. I always look for Melissa and Doug items for gifts!

My 3 yo granddaughter knows her alphabet but she has problems with the variations of small letters and capital letters. I searched through all sorts of puzzles-most have only capital letters--some have minimal interactive activities--some were poorly made. This set was the best I found. She is involved in searching for the correct letters to put into the spaces and she now is recognizing the small letters. The set is easy to organize in the wood box and she is proud of putting them away. Her mom and I are very pleased with this set.

My son loves these. The only thing that’s confusing is the boards have letters on each side to do the puzzle on. So if they have already done one side and want to do a letter that could be on the back they might not be able to easily find it. But it’s still super cute.

My 2 year old LOVED this puzzle. Hes obsession with abcs was pure content when he would play with this puzzle. Helped him learn capital and lower case now he knows all of them. Its too bad we had a prior problem with our place which forccd us to move and throw this because he really did enjoy this. 5 stars without a doubt!!

Awesome educational toy. My daughter loves it. The only downside is that since the puzzles are double-sided, if your little one wants to do puzzles that are on different sides at the same time, it can be an issue. But 26 puzzles would be over the top.

Not satisfied with the quality of this product. The finishing is not suitable for kids use at all! The wood has sharp and unfinished edges. Coming form Mellissa and Dough I did not expect this.

Definitely the best quality!! The materials are excellent!! Would recommend!!
