When it said "Handmade from Alaska" I was skeptical but it looks to be a quality made product so far. It came in the mail today and he's already riding all over the place claiming it has made the bike more comfortable and has reduced the vibration he used to feel. He also says it keeps him cool. Granted this is an initial review but so far it seems to be doing it's job. I will update if we have any issues but it's beautiful, looks great on the bike, and works!!! I've posted a few shots of what it looks like underneath and on his seat. It does a great job of covering the seat as well. It's definitely better than I thought it would be. I was really skeptical but now I'm happy he got it.
