Joni Patry is one of the best Neo-Vedic astrologers working today. I recommend not only her books, but also her online site galacticcenter.org, her online university if you wish to study this subject with a true master, and if anything at least a personal consult. She maintains positive and upbeat sessions with her clients even when there is serious business afoot. Those of us who have been long time fans and students know her true dedication to her craft. Her desire is to help us maintain awareness, to be responsible for our actions and reactions, and to always remember to keep sight of the light at the end of the tunnel! Mahalo, Joni!

Clear, concise delivery of Vedic Astrology.

WOW... this is an AMAZING book. Easy to read and understand. I have many Astrology books and I say this is at the TOP of the list. It is so well written and easy to wrap your head around so many aspects of transit Astrology. If you love Astrology this is a MUST HAVE in your collection of information. You will not be disappointed.

An excellent view of the planetary cycles from Mars to Pluto as they effect world events and impact on individuals through their natal charts. Ms Patry is a Vedic astrologer but a modern one in that she works with the Moon's Nodes (Rahu & Ketu) but also with the outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto.I have studied Vedic astrology for the past 40 years and I was pleased to notice that Ms Patry's conclusion mirror observations I made myself - most notably the action of Pluto in mundane charts and the importance of the Nodes' midpoint.Part II of the book supplies all the basics for examining mundane charts and in Part III these instructions are put to work to throw light on the outbreak of wars, pandemics, and stock market crashes as well as assassinations, earthquakes, and airline disasters. Part IV outlines the tools for examining natal charts and prediction of events based on transits, planetary periods (dashas) and divisional charts. The last two subjects are dealt with succinctly and only in relation to prediction by means of the planetary cycles. However, Ms Patry's style is clear and to the point and she ably enunciates the fundamentals of both topics. Part V applies the techniques set out in Parts II and IV to the birth charts of assorted members of the Kennedy family, including John F. Kennedy, his brothers, Robert and Edward, and his wife, Jacqueline Kennedy Onasis.The astrological methods are laid out in plain language and the expositions are presented clearly and concisely. For me it was a great read, instructive, intelligent, and insightful.

There are no secrets in this book, because the talented writer wants to share her Knowledge with you, by making the book an easy read .Have picked up on quite a lot of Vedic Astrology from this book - which is what I wanted when I bought this book .
