We got one of these and one Boogie Board drawing tablet—I have to say, I immediately returned the Boogie Board and ordered another of these. The screen is over an inch bigger, I LOVE the pen cord that keeps you from losing it, and the pen holder is much more sturdy and functional. I would only recommend this brand (and cheaper price!!!). The lock button is also nice because we use these with younger kids and they are much less frustrated when they can “save” their drawings for more than a few minutes.

This thing is awesome. My 4yo loves it. We originally purchased this to be used on a long 16-hour flight. We gave it to her earlier to make sure she would be happy with using it for longer stretches.Worth it's weight in gold. It's thin and compact. Durable enough to be dropped on the floor and have my dogs walking over it without damaging it. She loves her drawing pad. She frequently asked for it. Now we always have to bring it while in the car. We even took a long drive to visit grandma. She played with it a majority of the way. Prefers this over trying to watch cartoons on a tablet. We practice letters. She shows grandma all her art. Very cool easy toy.I didn't find it super dim as some reviews mentioned. It's not light-up bright. But easy to view the images. I've included an image ofthe screen. 100% worth it.

My kids love this tablet. It is easy for them to use, durable and keeps them busy. They love to show what they have drawn. It also has come in handy for coaching.

We have 3 of these doodle pads and are fun and simple to use. Each one has different amounts of colors in the background. One pad has more dark blue in the background than the others and doesn't show up as well, but still fun.

Perfect first for my granddaughter

I got these for my grand nieces and they fell in love with them! It kept them occupied on the long flight across the country, and even at home, they are quiet, and playing with these things. My niece was so happy to have them for the little ones! It made traveling with little ones so much easier!

The tablet worked great for maybe a week but then it stopped erasing all together, no matter which direction the switch is, how many times we pressed the button, or after replacing the battery. Very frustrating.

I bought this item for my toddler who is learning to color and write thinking it would be super fun. I also have an older elementary school aged kiddo at home as well. My older kiddo tore into the box when it arrived, thinking it was a birthday present. She loved it so much, and after seeing big sis play my toddler immediately caught on and started writing. The pen was super easy for my toddler to scribble with and still show up on the screen (he's still new at this). The erase feature is super easy too. My toddler dropped this so many times and it hasn't broken yet so it seems pretty hardy. The pen string came off really fast but that's sort of expected on toys like this. All in all it was a good buy.
