What is the best method to remove this product from the skin once it's applied? just plain old soap and water or is there a better option?

I used this last night and soap and water work great. I just used make up remover around my eyes due to the harshness of soap. It came off with no issues.

If this is on my face when I'm outside in the summer, will it melt off? Is it sweat proof?

The mixing solution makes it waterproof. But waterproof doesn't mean oil proof so I usually recommend having the right moisturizer for your skin on as well

Can I use this on my lips?

Yes. It comes off easily with water so you might need to set it with a translucent powder.
