Last month I just got tired of taking medications. They make me either too sleepy or numb. Most importantly any medication is hard on my body. I wanted a natural alternative.The first time I tried this product (I was in the gym locker room I have to coach myself to be around people even to work out) I used a half a dropper. Within 10 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) my anxiety . .the only way to really explain it is that I wasn't afraid of people and I wanted to workout, get tasks done. I wasn't jittery, just very awake and happier. I have not had any crashes. I did try a full dropper and got a slight headache shortly after so I stick to a half a dropper. I've been using this product for about a month and I take a half a dropper 2x a day. Always same great results. Oh, it does make me very thirsty I will drink almost a gallon of distilled water a day. My appetite has decreased.
