This is mostly about fit and sizing. I read the reviews and size up and it is big.... i am small and got medium. 5'3 130 pounds - i am getting a small next. The quality is better than expected. Fit nicely, produces lot of sweat. I am trying to get rid of the fat on upper arms and back, so I wanted something with the sleeves. Hope it helps.

Product quality is good, just make sure you size up. Medium is usually comfortable on me but this product is super tight

This sweat vest is very good! It had me sweating right after I put in on lite sweat! By the time I was done I had sweat dripping down my pants. I forgot to take a pic of the vest when I took it off but I had a pic of the pants.

Although I have lost about 100 lbs. My arms are pretty big. I am not sure if I will be able to use it. I might have to gift it.Update 3/2022:Just wanted to date my review. I was disappointed when I first got it because my arms would not fit, especially my right, it has always been bigger than my other one; something I have always hated. Anyways, I stored it away and I continued my arm workout. About two months ago I came across it whilst cleaning out my closet and tried it on again. To my surprise, I was able to get my arms through. Both of my arms slid in, my left took some effort, I had to inch it on but got it through. It was a bit snug at first but after about a month of using it I can put it on better. Still snug but not uncomfortable and it definitely makes you sweat. Glad I didn’t gift it!

Love the fit, I ordered large and its snug but the way I want it because i plan on toning down quick ! Go up a size if you dont want it snug. I am 5’3 205 ish lbs.

It’s not too much or too little. It’s just right. Worth the money. I swear like a cold soda in the summer.

Good fit. A little loser in the chest area, but I assume it is to accommodate different breast sizes.
