I usually buy really cheap glasses for £1.50 but they didn't have them in stock so I took the plunge on these, what a mistake! They come with a load of crap packaging, including a case, which is where the money must have gone? But the actual glasses are terribly made, sharp rough edges everywhere, that really iritate your ears and nose and it feels like the lenses are going to pop out, really bad quality! Might try sand papering the edges but the £1.50 ones really well finished - These are terrible. Lenses good, they do work for seeing, but your ears might fall off!

Needed an inexpensive pair of specs for watching TV - well they are inexpensive and seem well enough made - but I ordered tortoiseshell and these most definitely are NOT! They are black with odd little spots which, when held up to a really strong light are brownish! Disappointed - they look black and heavy- tortoiseshell would look lighter, so I am not happy - would return them but would cost nearly as much in postage as I paid.!

I love the shape of these reading glasses and have bought about 8 pairs. I’ve had to buy repeated pairs because they don’t last - one leg always falls off after a few months. This makes them a waste of money. I’m going to look for an alternative.
