My coat hanger by arrived yesterday and I have just fitted itI believe I read one review which said it was poor quality and it needed to be assembled.I do not think they were talking about the same product. The quality is superb and it takes a couple of minutes to assemble. The detail is excellent: for example the things to cover the fixing screws are machined metal, not plastic. Plugs and screws are included.The packaging is first class and it arrived in two days from Amazon.

What I like and why I bought it was for the coat hangers - these work well and allow you to hang multiple items on each coat hanger. What I didn't like is the rest of the materials - the wood mounting is quite flimsy but the screws supplied to attach it to the wall are cheap and weak - so much so that I couldn't screw one side all the way home because the head of the screw (star shaped Philips head) started to give way under pressure so I had to stop before I damaged it to the point that I wouldn't be able to unscrew it in the future.

Item comes flat packed and well boxed. Easy to assemble. Wall fixing screws (which are surprisingly long, and that is a good thing) come supplied with rawlplugs. The wood is all predrilled and countersunk where necessary. Covers are supplied to cover up the screw heads. Looks good and feels like a quality product. I don’t understand people who moan about the wall fixings supplied. Everyone’s walls are different. If you need longer or shorter screws, go buy some!

I found that the screw/Rawplug combination are flimsy and there is a small amount of movement before putting any coats on the rack. I expect it to rip from the wall when customers hang multiple heavy coats from the rack. I was disappointed that the item did not come ready assembled. However the quality of the hooks is good as is the quality of the wood.

Looks nice mounted on a freshly painted wall. It was easy to assemble and mount even for a complete klutz like me. The rack is sturdy and easily takes the weight of coats, dog leads and fairly heavy dog harnesses.I am well pleased.There was a minor issue with incomplete fixings, but a quick correspondence with Larhn sorted that as the missing pieces were "Next Dayed" to me along with a packet of Haribo Starmix... So I call that a win all round.

The coat rack was delivered in a timely manner and well packaged with thorough instructions. Quality of components appears to be good and installation was easy resulting in an attractive, well finished item. If I had one minor point, which is not unique to this product but all wall mounted items, it would be the inclusion of wall plugs designed for dry lined/plasterboard walls. Nonetheless, I highly rate this product and will purchase a LARHN item again if needed.

I was looking for coat rack, there were many options including Amazon basic, but thought I will try this company.The built quality and the installation screws provided were top most quality.Really easy job and very impressive.A small feedback would be to add a paper map to put nail hole in the wall. Would be really helpful as I had to use a masking tape for that.

Product was easy to assemble and looks really good. Unfortunately, although they might be OK for some, the fixing screws and wallplugs are inadequate for most situations especially give these are triple hooks and therefore expect a number of coats to be hung. In my older house they did not provide a solid fixing. As a competent DIYer I easily replaced the provided screws and wallplugs with thicker ones but then the supplied collar and cap to cover the screw heads did not fit the new screws thus the screw heads are now visible. In addition it was necessary to countersink the wooden board to enable the screws to be flush.
