Big capacity at low voltage and high current.
They are as stated, but the internal leakage is high and they do not hold a charge for long. As a short term high current source they work OK and will sink several amps. Not tested them to destruction, so I do not know how many amps you can draw from them before they self destruct.

Directly to the bin as they have low internal resistant
The real capacity (if is any) is lower and the internal resistant discharge the capacitors within hours.
