The floating base is not sealed properly. Water got into the base after one use and got trapped inside the base.

Cute toy, but my granddaughter doesn't play with it. Its a very hard plastic and the umbrellas don't stack easily; in fact, it is beyond difficult to get them to stack on top of each other. The bear floats, and she sometimes puts other toys in the upside down umbrellas, but overall, this just wasn't a hit at our house.

Don't stay stacked but cute idea.
