Easy to use and does not crush the stems

Very nice replacement collars
I bought these as replacements for my EZ cloner collars. I have purchased "soft" collars before and hated them. I have used EZ cloner hard collars as replacements in the past, but now I have found they're not available!? I figured I'd give these a try. I was drawn in by the USA made and description of the foam (closed cell).When I got them I was a little concerned about the "soft" feel of them. Turns out they are "just right". They also seem to fit loosely into the openings, but they are again.."just right". In fact the loose fit makes it easier to check for root development, yet does not allow for any leaks. I also like the multiple spokes cut into the collar, very gentle, and the added bonus of being able to put many small cuts into one collar if you want. The foam does appear to be "closed" as they claim, and doesn't absorb water.Overall I would highly recommend these. I will update long term results if there is any let downs. But so far so good.

I expected colors
Might work ok, but you are advertising colors and sent all black or dark gray. How do you get grandchildren to help if it's not fun or colorful.

Is it really made in the USA?
Says made in the USA in listing but package has no indication of where it was made. Kind of fishy if the seller would like to give proof of factory making this in USA I would happily give more stars.

Of course my cloner only has 4 spots, so 50 collars will last me years - So I have this thing with collars, some of the foam or neoprene collars squeeze way too tight, and you have to stretch them a bit before you can even consider putting your clone in.These are actually manufactured with that in mind, when they are pressed the center has been cut right out, and its not a ton of space, but large enough for most clones.I like that.I don't leave a review on most of my growing equipment, but these guys asked for it, and I like the value. I do wish I was able to get the blue for the same price as the black, just because its more appealing to me, but all the same, its a collar, and it performs better than expected!Don't keep shopping, this is the best value.
