very good result for skin but the price it s high when you compare the same brand with other sites

1600 mg is not enough at all ! Don't buy this product
Unfortunately , after ordering this product I discovered that the daily intake of Collagen should be 10g a day and this product has only 1600 mg for the 3 recommended capsules per day ! Thats why many reviews of this product are saying they felt no difference after taking this product for 3 months , because it doesn't have enough Collagen ! Try other product with higher collagen doses
