It checked all the boxes when I was looking for a reliable digital thermostat for my diy incubator!(it has good reviews, is attractive and easy to use, dependable, inexpensive and accurate)Once I used it to hatch an egg after a broody hen came off the nest with chicks. Now that I'm hatching my own and the thermostat is working great.I use a small sealed jar of water as a heat sink in my incubator.It prevents temperature swings
