Is 011 matte and how long does it last?

I found it to only be kind of matte. It's not really shiny, but it's not matte. I've had it on for three hours now, and it's still on. I accidentally touched it a few minutes ago, and some came off on my finger.

Why is this double the price as other retailers? Is it a bigger size?

I don't believe the product is any bigger but more of a better brand of lipstick
