Very generous quantity and soap always turns out great

We’ve been purchasing lye from this supplier for a while and initially the quality was consistent and reliable. However, our recent batches have been very disappointing. The lye seems to be off, when used in soap making, it causes the soap to crumble and doesn’t blend properly, which is a major concern. This inconsistency raises serious safety issues, as improperly reacting lye can make the final product unsafe for skin use. Unfortunately, based on our recent experience, we cannot recommend this product for soap making.

Hi, I've got your NaOH , Thank you . But the soaps I've made look different in color( particularly, my coconut oil soap always turns out to be white but now it's pinkish( I used the same oil, as before) So I really wonder : is your product pure and safe for soap making? What might cause that pink discoloration then? Thank you
