Unless you install toilet seat covers on a regular basis, you'll have a tough time figuring out the installation for this one. A small instructions sheet would have been helpful.The finishing and quality of the product is even worse. The holes in the toilet seat where the screws go were narrower than the screws. I'd to use a knife to shape the holes!2 of the non-slip bumpers inside the toilet seat came off and I'd to glue them back in place!What I understood from this purchase is that "Fulfilled by Amazon" tag doesn't necessarily imply quality. It simply means that the seller had to forego some profit to Amazon to buy this tag

It's very basic and all made of medium hard plastic. The edge on the inside and outside of the seat needed to be sanded a bit unless you like your legs shredded. It would have been nice if the manufacturer thought a little bit better about bare backsides rubbing against their product. The little plastic pads that go on the underside of the seat needed some epoxy to stay in place. I had to fish a couple out of the toilet bowl before i figured that out. For the price you can hardly expect luxury but these were manufacturing bits that could have been easily remedied.
