Olive oil is a perfect source of protein with no carbs. Great for travel or backpacking. These packages do not leak. I carried them for 17 days and through two international flights. No leaks whatsoever. Get a quick shot of energy without carbs.

Out of the batch, about 6 packets leaked in the package. Be prepared to test for bad ones and wash the goods ones.

This packet is the perfect amount for most sandwiches, noodles, or of course salads. It's thin yet very sturdy and fits in any small pocket. I carry one in my pants pocket every day for lunch, and even in skinny jeans or dress pants you can forget it's there, yet it's just what you'd want for a normal salad or sandwich. Prepared dressings and sauces are full of crap I wouldn't feed to a dog, but with one little packet in my pocket I never have to worry.

Works great for work and travel. I will buy it again. Even though there was only 5 packets. So about 1oz per packet x 5 packets = total oil about 5oz.

Good quality and convenient (great for backpacking if you need oil) but at nearly a dollar a packet they are a bit expensive for what you get in my opinion.

Tastes great and the convenience cannot be beaten! Never wonder again whether the oil they bring you at the restaurant is actually olive. Bring your own!

Aside from what we found to be a high price for what you receive, we did not find the actual olive oil to be decent at all. We did not care for the taste or quality of the product. We were hoping to use on salads or for our cooking while camping and did not find it tasted well enough for either use. We would not buy it again.

I wish this product was not quite so expensive for the amount of packets I got. But I am glad that it is a practical way to help me cook while I am hiking on the Appalachian Trail.
