Not working as they introduced, charge problem, not working on call,

Battery does not last for long time thats the only sad part otherwise product is cool

I LOVED these headphones when I first got them - exactly what i wanted. But now, less than 2 years on, I cannot begin to describe the frustration - and I don't use them frequently.I charge them fully before any long journey and sometimes they last the trip, even the day if I use them sparingly. But recently, they keep dropping the bluetooth connection and go dead after barely half an hour or so. They tick the box for design idea and even sound, but I cannot recommend anyone to buy them - they are so unreliable.Out of warranty and but used probably no more than 20 or so times.

I used these headphones every day on my commute for about six months. They are the best sounding and most comfortable of the various bluetooth headphones that I have tried. The flexible neckband means they will fit under an open shirt collar which I find to be very convenient. However, they have now died, and I don't consider six months to be an acceptable lifespan for kit this expensive.One other minor irritation is that the vinyl disks covering the speaker cavity will come off when you attempt to clean them. When one comes off you'll have to remove the other to keep both sides at a balanced volume.2 stars rather than 1 because in my experience a six month lifespan is actually at the longer end for bluetooth headsets. If these were half the price I'd probably just buy a new set.

Excellent delivery service as always. This is my second pair of the shadow wireless headphones. The sound is incredible which produces a plenty of bass. Also good using my phone offering a very good reception. Fast connection via bluetooth. Please note it is not good for the gym but you do have the option of the sports version.

Item would not connect via Bluetooth unless you search everytime. This is frustrating. Also, if you turn your head while your phone is in your pocket the sound will start to skip. This is the worst case I've encountered. Amazon would not let me return because it is a marketplace order. Stay clear!!!

Nice sound (8/10) bit low the base. Good for running, but sometimes annoying. I didn`t use it for a while (I had a comfy wired one). Later I realized the battery not that good. (I only could charge it on pc`s usb port) 2 or 4 hour listening per day, and it switched off. After three months I can`t switched it on. I think it`s too expensive for this type of fault.
