**Q: You sent the wrong item twice! I want the liquigel in a bottle, not the individual single dose eye drops.  Why can't you send a replacement?**
A: THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTION!!!

**Q: Was this originally called “Refresh Plus?”**
A: I don't think so. I also use Refresh Plus which comes in individual vials that do not have preservatives and should be discarded at the end of the day, whereas the Liquigel comes in a multi-use bottle with preservatives and can be used over many days/weeks.

**Q: how do I cancel subscription?**
A: Go to your subscriptions and click on item, and cancel.

**Q: Are these blue??**
A: The bottle is green and they are clear liquids gel  lubricant eye drops.
