Thule RoundTrip Ski Bag

The Thule RoundTrip Ski Bag easily fit two pair of skis - Nordica Enforcer 100, 186cm long and Rossignol Soul 7 106, 180cm, one set of poles and a pair of 27.5 ski boots and was still under the airline 50 pound weight limit. The skis were well padded by the ski bag. Everything made a flight out the Utah in great shape. Having the wheels made getting around in the airport easy, however the length of the bag did make getting around in crowds and on the escalator somewhat problematic - but only mildly so. I wish there was an exterior pocket to hold small incidentals that you might need but don't want to open up the bag to get to them.

No issues using this on two trips out West. It holds the skis well in place and has plenty of room for clothes too. The inners of the bad probably won't last as long as the outer, but overall, it did a good job protecting what I packed. I'd recommend this, especially if it goes on sale.

We took a trip out west via air travel and this bag was easy to have for two sets of skis and poles. For added protection, I wrapped our bindings in bubble wrap. This bag with the skis in it was lighter than I thought it was going to be. Worked great.

The stuff sacks create enough padding to keep the skis secure in the bag. Haven't had any issues with traveling commercial air.

This bag holds two pairs of skis and two pairs of poles. You can try to fit in one pair of boots but it’s hard.

I’ve purchased two of these bags from different vendors, one 175cm, and one 192 cm. The bags are nicely padded, and protect the gear well. However, it seems that someone at the factory doesn’t understand how a zipper functions. As you can see in the photos, the inner zipper pockets on both bags have the zippers installed inside out, making it impossible to use the zipper pull to close the storage pocket. I’m not going to bother returning either one, but will install a repair pull so I can use the zippers.

The product itself is high quality -My issue is that the seller claimed it would include 2 cinch-top sleeves for storing additional items. These 2 sleeves were missing from the delivery.

Well made product that keeps your gear organized and tightly packed and secure from damage. The quality rollers make it easy, as there is always more luggage to carry. Buy it ! You won’t regret it. Lots of room !

For starters this is a large bag. And by large I mean large, check the dimensions. We can easily store two sets of adult skiis bound as well as a set of kids skiis between them. All 3 sets of poles are also swallowed in a special side pocket. The two adult skiis use the provided bags to protect the front ends which also provides additional binding.I'm sure you could pack a lot of ski clothing in as well if needed. But if so then you would need the wheels as it will get heavy.Build quality is great, I'm sure it would survive a plane journey.

After a couple months of use, the bag is working exactly how I'd hoped. It says it's for one pair of downhill skis only but I've been fitting my downhill and crosscountry skis and poles all in the same bag with no problem. I have long skis too (DH are 192cm).
