Excellent item, fast delivery.

I filled this disk up to 2.2TB and now it doesn't show up but shows up after few seconds.. Working find so far..

I ordered an ungreen 3.5 inch hdd enclosure to use with this hdd only to find out the hdd was corrupt. I even got it checked by a professional and he came up with the same conclusion. I tried everything I could find on the internet but to no avail. It just won’t format and open. It keeps repeating the the hdd is not accessible and that the premeter is incorrect .I Don’t recommend anyone to buy this corrupted piece of junk just save your money and buy a seagate one. :(

Exactly what is says on the packet. I installed these into an external thundeolt 2 enclosure replacing 2x1 TB drives and they worked a charm. Do remember these are slower spinning drives which are better for backup and streaming use, not so much for regular read and write where the spin up times could be frustrating.

I want someone who contacts me to solve this problem for me, as the hard disk has technical problems??!

An excellently built storage device. I haven't had a single WD hard disk failed at me. This is probably my 20th Western Digital storage device. See the attached technical details which are not available even on the product manufacturer page. Its very technical but hope it helps you / someone who really wants to know in depth technical properties. By the way the hard disk works flawlessly. I purchased 3 months back and filled it with full 3.63 TB data. Yes that what you will get 3.63 TB instead of actual 4TB (this is accepted standard now). Would i suggest you to buy? Yes go on! One of the best HDD you can get at this price point. Stay away from Seagate!
