The heart is very tiny, not at all as pictured, the H is illegible and there are no discernable zirconia. The H in the product photo was very clear H. Not so for the necklace that came today. I can't believe it's what I ordered. I was very diappointed and won't give it to my granddaughter as planned.

Not at all like picture. The initial is very faint and loos like an L, not the S that I ordered. No rhinestones.

It is a really cute necklace but read what it says , not to leave it on all the time not to sleep with it on not to get it wet. I slept with mine on and the oil from your body will turn the side that is against you a pink tarnished look that will stay that way.

When I bought this necklace for my granddaughter your description says it NEVER gets tarnished or NEVER change colors but that’s exactly what it did. It’s false advertisement for this necklace. Your description should have said it’s costume jewelry because we all know it will tarnish & change colors. Very disappointed & dissatisfied with this chain.

We bought this as a young girl's birthday gift. She loved the color and style, especially the crystals. This also came in a nice box with a small gift card.The heart is small! It would be the perfect size for a 6-8 year old. Maybe too small for an 11 year old. Also, the chain is thin. She will need to be very gentle with the chain or its delicate nature will cause breakage.For pictures or special occasions I recommend this. For every day wear, I do not recommend it.

Ordered the K with the diamond look to go with a matching pair of earrings for a gift for my daughter’s friend. Wish I read the reviews before ordering because like others I received a cursive engraved K instead. Still rose gold so I’m going to try to pull it off bc I need the gift now, but totally disappointed as I would have ordered elsewhere for something that would have matched. Wishing I didn’t listen to the Amazon’s this item pairs well with these things suggestion this time.🤦🏻‍♀️ I usually read the reviews before ordering but did this one in a crunch. Guess I learned my lesson!

I bought 2 as gift for 2 girls for their 12th birthday. The initialed heart was much smaller than depicted and it was hard to tell what the initial was. They kept them, but I was disappointed at how small they were.I should have paid attention to the description instead of just looking at the picture. Lesson learned!

I am happy with this purchase, as it was a gift for a 5 year old girl. I was surprised that it was so small—maybe 1/3 the size of a penny(?) However, it was packaged with a nice display box and worth what I paid for it. It is perfect for a child but not so much for an adult, in my opinion.
