Have any women out there used this deodorant?

Davidoff Cool Water Deodorant for only men. I don’t see any women’s deodorant to date.

Almay doesn't work for me anymore and natural brand gives me a rash. how is this stuff? does it work? does it irritate?

Unlike most of the major name brands, the Cool Water doesn’t give me a rash or irritate my skin.

I've seen some advertisers show this deodorant as alcohol-free and some that don't say that. Is there a difference or is it just the labeling?

Unfortunately, this one was alcohol free although description says otherwise. I prefer the alcohol formula.

Why does the last stick i bought from you feel dry and without the cooling effect that I liked when purchased the first few times?

You might want to inquire about the age of the stick. I have found older (different) brands that I don't use as much having the same feel as you describe.
