Unbelievably powerful
Works better than my Dyson hoover. Cleaning the filter is not so easy.

Motor will burn around a year of usage
I have bought this vacuum cleaner TWICE and both vacuum cleaners burned around one year of usage.Suction power is great but the motor will fail sooner than you expect, and repair technician will be able to rewind it.

Hitachi Vacuum Very Reliable
I been using Hitachi Vacuum for more than 5 years and I didn't have any issues and I liked about this one it's 2100 W compared to previous one I had it's 2000 W and almost the same price. One issue I dislike in the picture the vacuum color show black what I received red color.

Inappropriate for fine dust
Bought to vaccum artificial lawn after dust storm in dubai . It clogs up after a minute of use. This makes this vaccum useless

Stopped working after 6 months! No response
It stopped working after six months of use, even though it was under warranty; the supplier didn't respond; the amazon team just helped to return it and refunded the money!
