After age 50 we need fish oil from outside as supplement for good heart, i would recommend this product from this company.

although it is well known that omega 3 products are good that even my parents are using it and requesting it to buy it here since its very expensive in my country.

Bought this for the second time. Next day delivery, packaging is not the same as in the photo (probably this is a new one) and expiry date is 07/2023.
