**Q: Is this supposed to only work on perfectly flat smooth surfaces? Ours doesn't work on carpet and gets stuck on tiles. Defective, or just disappointing**

If your spider gets stuck you can press the left and right buttons together at the same time to make it spin/reverse when it’s stuck with obstacles. Please also check that the batteries are not running down and need to be changed. Thank you.

**Q: Does anyone have both the red and the blue version of this spider? Can they be used at the same time in the same room without signal interference?**
