Could not have removed wallpaper without WP Chomp wallpaper stripper.
I originally had the product in the white bottle called Wall Wick and I could see I was going to run out, so I looked for it on Amazon and came up with WP Chomp, wallpaper stripper. In the past I have used a steamer but because none of my walls were sized before wallpaper was applied, the wallpaper was put directly on drywall, the steamer worked moderately well, but it was very tedious and took forever as only small pieces would come off at a time. The Wall Wick and WP Chomp really worked great. I mixed the wp Chomp after I ran out of the Wall Wick with water I used about a quarter of a cup per gallon of water in a 5 gallon bucket and soaked these cloth-like sheets that were about 18 in wide and 4 feet long in the solution and then put those soaked sheets on the wall on top of the wallpaper. Prior to placing them on the wallpaper I had used what I call it a, tiger paw, to score the walls and without that scoring, this would be a very difficult job, as it cuts tiny holes in the wallpaper to let the solution soak through to loosen the paste. About every 15 minutes I would go in with my pressure sprayer with the solution mixed with water and spray on top and I did this for about an hour and a half. Then I removed this cloth like paper and the wallpaper came off at a pretty good rate in large sections. Sometimes it would leave the paper backing on the wall and I would have to spray a little bit of the solution and then it would come off pretty easily. In that room which is a regular size bedroom, about 12 x13, it took me about 20-25 hours to get all the wallpaper off and part of that time was waiting for it to sit on the walls and spraying the solution approximately every 15 minutes for about an hour and a half to keep the sheets wet. I could not have done this job without this WP Chomp solution and the cloth like panels that I soaked in it and put on the wallpaper after scoring it. It really works fantastically, would recommend this product to anyone especially to remove wallpaper that was put on walls that were never sized. (Wallpaper directly on drywall). I definitely look for these cloth sheets and in the photos you can see the paperwork that came with them and in one of the photos you can see it up on the wall.

This product works and is super easy to use.
In our late 70s, we were tasked with the job of removing wallpaper on 10 ft walls before remodeling one of our bathrooms to install an Ella’s walk-in bathtub, replacing a never-used shower in a second bedroom. Our contractor wasn’t keen on doing that part of the job so we searched for someone to do the job … nada. So we decided to do it ourselves. Bought the two recommended tools and the stripper solution, wore masks, as the solution’s fumes in an enclosed area are fairly strong … and went to work. The wallpaper came off in big beautiful sections. Easy peasy. So happy!

Worked wonders --- Amazing product --- Does exactly as advertised.
Bought this wallpaper remover along with HYDE 33210 Wallpaper Removal Scoring Tool. Had approx. l roll of grasscloth to remove from wall. Scored wallpaper with Hyde tool, applied remover, waited awhile, then applied a second coat of remover, waited a little longer, and then went to work with a scraper and 2 in chisel. Grasscloth came right off. Couldn't believe my eyes. It worked !!! Proviso: It left a layer of dried wallpaper paste on the wall from the prior grasscloth application, which needed to be removed, which took more time to do. Not a problem --- just took more time & effort.

Good, safe way to remove wallpaper.
It might be better in a spray bottle. But it was an easy application with slings and then scraper to remove debris. Repeat application for trouble spots.

Really Easy to Use
In a recently purchased home I wanted to remove a wallpaper mural from one wall of the dining room. The wall behind still had the hand troweled texture on the drywall and I was hoping I could remove the mural without disturbing the texture. I purchased the Chomp scorer tool and the wallpaper stripper concentrate. Once I had a section of the wallpaper scored I sprayed it liberally with the mixed stripper. Within a minute I could see the stripper penetrating where I had scored the wallpaper. Within a couple of more minutes I was able to start peeling the paper off the wall. Most of the paper peeled right off the wall with little effort and no scraping. The remnants that were left behind after peeling were sprayed with stripper again and peeled off a few minutes later. I was able to remove the entire mural in less than two hours and was able to spare the dry wall and the texture completely. Perhaps I had a wallpaper with weak adhesive, or I just got lucky, either way I am thrilled with the results. After we completed painting the room there was no way anyone could ever tell there was once a wallpapered wall in the room. The product worked so well I only used one 32 oz. bottle of mixed stripper so I have most of the concentrate left and have no other wallpaper in the house to remove.

Fabric softener/water works way better
This works (used in the past) and I ordered this bottle because I knew I wouldn’t have enough In my existing bottle to finish the job. Then a sister-in-law recommended fabric softener & water in a spray bottle worked better. She was right! Game changer. So I returned this bottle unopened.

This stuff saved my wallpaper disaster
I decided that I wanted to transform my living room into a glamorous boujee room, so I bought some shimmery grey wallpaper and went to town with it. I was a little iffy about its look but wanted to surprise my husband when he got home, he stepped into the living room and said "it looks like an office". There was no denying it, it truly did look like an office. Like one of those boring office spaces you rent with neutral safe colors. So to Amazon I went! I bought this because of the ratings and let me tell you... It stayed true to itself. This stuff made my wallpaper disaster not so bad, I saturated the walls and the stuff did it's magic, I easily scraped all the wallpaper gunk off my walls within maybe an hour. I had never ever played with wallpaper before, much less removed it, so this stuff is great for beginners too!
