Great book for understanding nutrition 10/10
Really easy and entertaining read with loads of helpful tips on nutrition and fitness.Really simple and tasty recipes too.Defo recommend love it 🙇♂️

Easy to read and informative
Bought this for my wife / review left by her as well:I will start by saying I've been going to the gym for over 10 years and have tried many fad diets and supplements. So thought I would see what this book had to offerI love this book! I read through it within 2 days as it was easy to read and follow.Definitely had some great information and I really appreciated the plain facts.I really enjoyed how it was as if I was having a personal training session because the way it was written, it was as if I was sitting with Marc (the author) and he was just being real with me.Will be looking at his other books and definitely ordering thoseMy only wish was that it was longer :)

Great book! Simple and effective information which is easy to digest, handy for a upcoming/new PT (it's similar information you will be sharing with your clients) or a gym goer who's information is cloudy when it comes to nutrition.Straight up information with no nitty gritty, it's definitely cleared up a few things I wasn't too sure about.

Generic nutrition advice without any real value. avoid.
This book doesn't really have any actual good nutrition or strength training advice in it. Nothing practical. I wouldn't waste the money on it. The book itself is very cheap as well.
