ArtifactDesign Wall Mounted Wood Wine Rack for Bottles with Stemware Glass Storage (1, Walnut Stained)

This is a pretty solid shelf. I wasn't super impressed with the craftsmanship but it certainly does what it's intended for. From a value perspective, it may be a little overpriced (knocking off a star) but I didn't have the time to make my own and I wanted a shelf with horizontal wine storage.I opted not to use the cheap plastic anchors included with the shelf and instead used toggle bolts. With these three anchors secured, the shelf easily holds six bottles of wine.On the underside, I was able to fit six champagne flutes, six 4.5oz coupe glasses, and four large-ish red wine glasses.

Absolutely love this rack. I re-stained it black (ebony) to match the decor of the rest of my dining room, though the walnut stain also looked very nice, in a rustic sort of way. It's rock-solid on the wall, as I was able to line one mounting hole up with a stud and used drywall anchors for the other two.My only complaint is that the wire rack hangs perfectly level, which was fine—right up until the day I decided to test out a brand-new bass amp in the dining room. The vibration caused a couple glasses to slide off the rack! Luckily, neither broke (as they ping-ponged from the bar underneath to a chair, then to the floor). Inclusion of some tiny rubber adhesive pads to stop vibration-induced sliding) might be a nice upgrade to this item!

I'm not sure why others have had issues with it not staying on the wall. The anchors provided were heavy duty. We weren't able to install it in studs, so we used them. We have all six bottle slots filled, as well as glassware. The only downside is that it could be maybe an inch deeper. We have some martini glasses, and you can really only fit two. If were slightly deeper, it would allow for more variety in the glassware. It looks great, and seems to be very well made. We're very satisfied.

I’m impressed with the strength of this wine rack. When I initially opened it, I was nervous because it is really lightweight and I didn’t know if it would actually hold 6 bottles of wine. But I was wrong and it easily holds 6 and was easy to put together. I do wish there would have been some guiding holes for the screws, but the “wood” is soft enough that screws went in easily. Just need more wine glasses now!

I give this four stars because I had to do some extra work to add to the sturdiness of the design. When I was mounting it, the wood did not feel as if it would hold up without the extra support. Once I did that, I loved it. It was a simple fix, but buyers beware. I have had it mounted for two months now (full of wine) and it is working great.

This wine rack looks amazing once stained. Staining the wood was super easy and quick. Installing the rack portion was super easy and straight forward. The only negative about this is the wood area had excess glue that had to be thoroughly sanded before the stain was applied (I didn't take photos of this, but it made certain areas look splotchy if you didn't)

Looks great on my wall, true walnut stain matches my buffet table. Easy to install for the most part. Minor criticisms- only 2 pilot holes and one was off so we just made our own for the rest. If you own a drill you will figure it out. Pricing was kind of high for the wood quality, but really you mostly notice when you handle it which guests will not be doing. I would certainly buy it again.

The wine rack itself is really nice but the hardware provided is not sufficient to hold it to the wall. The whole unit came crashing down, breaking several glasses, bottles of wine, including a $100 French red and chipping the granite cabinet top below it. Be advised that the rack is not strong enough to support the weight of 6 bottles of wine (and glasses) unless more support / strength is added. We had to buy additional butterfly bolts and 2 brackets to support the unit. The brackets actually look nice and should have been included with the purchase.
